3. Services we provide

We provide digital and performance marketing services, which may include paid search and social advertising, lead generation, landing pages, conversion tracking and analytics. The exact deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or service agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to required accounts.
• Ensure the products, services and claims being advertised are lawful and comply with advertising platform policies in the countries targeted.
• Hold the licences, permits and consents required for your business.
• Review and approve campaign materials before they go live.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in US dollars (USD) and confirmed in writing before work begins. Management fees and project fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise, and recurring services renew monthly until cancelled. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and is not included in our fees. Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice; work may be paused on overdue accounts.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation notice periods, refund eligibility and processing times are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. No guaranteed results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, pricing and the products or services being advertised. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes a guarantee of rankings, leads, sales, or advertising performance. Any figures published are company-reported historical records and are not third-party audited.

8. Third-party platforms

Campaigns run on third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms and policies. Platforms may change policies, pricing or account status at any time, and we are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad disapprovals or account suspensions that arise from client products, claims or account history.

9. Independent company disclosure

Flip BM Marketing LLC is an independent marketing and lead-generation company. We are not an airline, hotel, travel agency, government body, or an official representative of any such provider, and we do not claim certifications, awards, or partner status unless explicitly stated and verifiable.

10. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in your country of residence.
